Dr. Dennis Frisch

Dr. Dennis Frisch

Dr. Frisch graduated from Boca Raton High, the University of Florida and then the Dr. Wm. M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine.  After completing his residency he returned to his hometown.  Dr. Frisch has always been active in his profession and community.  He has served as president of the Florida Podiatric Medical Association (FPMA) and  has received the FPMA Podiatrist of the Year Award and the FPMA President’s Award.  He has twice been named one of the top 150 Most Influential Podiatrists in America. Dr.Frisch serves as a trustee for the American Podiatric Medical Association. Governor Crist appointed Dr. Frisch to the Florida Board of Podiatric Medicine.

Dr. Frisch is a past president and still active in the Boca Raton Rotary Club. He serves as commissioner for the Greater Boca Raton Beach & Parks District.

Dr. Frisch and his wife are the parents of two adult children.

Dr. Jennifer Kazamias

Dr. Jennifer Kazamias

Dr. Kazamias grew up in the beautiful Susquehanna River valley city of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania where she attended Bishop McDevitt High School. She graduated in the top 10 percent of her high school class with course work in advanced placement science classes. She went on to attend La Salle University in Philadelphia where she was elected for membership in the Alpha Epsilon Delta National Health Pre-professional Honor Society and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology.

Prior to attending medical school, Dr. Kazamias worked for The American Red Cross in Rockville, Maryland in conjunction with the National Bone Marrow Registry and National Institutes of Health, correlating genetic disease with HLA blood types. In Maryland, she did volunteer work as a counselor and academic adviser for troubled teens. She then accepted a position at Wyeth–Ayerst laboratories in Marietta, Pennsylvania as an assistant biologist in vaccine research. It was during this time that she decided to leave the lab and pursue a career in medicine and surgery.

Dr. Kazamias attended Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida, on a four-year partial scholarship for excellence in academics where she earned her DPM degree. She was a member of Pi Delta, the National Podiatric Honor Society and graduated fourth in her class. While at Barry, she served in leadership positions as class president and vice-president of the Florida Podiatric Medical Students Association. She earned several scholarships and awards for leadership and academics during her attendance.

Dr. Kazamias completed a podiatric surgical residency at Hollywood Medical Center in Broward County, Florida where she served as chief resident. She spent more than ten years gaining clinical experience in private practice in Boca Raton, Florida. Driven to pursue further advancement of surgical skills, she took leave from private practice to study reconstructive rearfoot surgery at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center in Miami-Dade County. There she completed a third year of surgical training learning advanced techniques in foot and ankle surgery, wound care and limb salvage. Additionally, she gained experience in sclerotherapy in an office-based setting to provide therapeutic and cosmetic treatment for spider, reticular and small varicose veins.

Living in the South Florida area for over 20 years, she considers herself a native. She enjoys swimming, biking and rollerblading as well as spending time with her husband, family and friends. Her interests include gourmet cooking, gardening and healthy living.


Dr. Daniel Selbst

Dr. Daniel Selbst

Dr. Selbst graduated from the University of Florida in 2002 with a degree in Computer Engineering. He attended Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida and in 2008 was awarded a dual degree of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine and Master of Business Administration. In 2004 Dr. Selbst received an Award of Recognition for Outstanding Webmaster by the Florida Podiatric Medical Student Association.

From 2008 – 2011 Dr. Selbst completed his postdoctoral training at Lutheran Medical Center, a Level I Trauma Center in Brooklyn, New York. He was Chief Resident from 2010 – 2011. During his residency Dr. Selbst received extensive training in ankle joint surgery. Dr. Selbst recently relocated to South Florida from Jacksonville, FL where he was in private practice since 2011. He relocated to South Florida in 2014 to continue working in private practice.

During his undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral studies Dr. Selbst participated in numerous extracurricular activities and research studies. In 2010 he received the Best Research Project in Podiatry Award at Lutheran Medical Center’s Research Fair. Dr. Selbst has also participated in the research of a new wound care product designed to accelerate wound healing. Outside of his professional activities Dr. Selbst enjoyed performing with the School of Music while attending University of Florida and is an avid follower of Florida Gator sports.
